WORLD'S FIRST BRANDED EQUESTRIAN FACILITIES ANNOUNCED

First O'Connor Signature to open at The Oaks in Lake City, Florida

Lexington, KY ….. Olympic champions Karen & David O'Connor and Equestrian Services, LLC have launched O'Connor Signature, the world's first branded equestrian facilities. Speaking to a crowd of equestrian press, competitors and enthusiasts at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event, Olympians Karen and David O'Connor and Equestrian Services' principals Jennifer and Michael Donovan announced that the first O'Connor Signature facility, O'Connor Signature at The Oaks, will open in Lake City , Florida in spring 2007. This equestrian community is being developed by Bradley N. Dicks and Subrandy Limited Partnership.

Modeled after successful branded golf amenities by legends such as Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Tom Fazio, the O'Connor Signature brand will designate a premier facility that meets the O'Connor Signature standard in terms of planning, design, programming, beauty, quality of construction, and certified professional training, instruction, and management. Residential and resort developers around the world may apply to include two distinct levels of an O'Connor Signature amenity within their developments: Gold and Silver. O'Connor Signature Gold is reserved for facilities designed by the O'Connors and Equestrian Services, LLC. O'Connor Signature Silver allows for existing equestrian facilities that meet (or can be renovated to meet) the O'Connor design requirements.

A blue-ribbon selection committee oversees the selection process, choosing only the finest sites based on location, site size and topography, development plans, and developer standards. Selected developers have market exclusivity and full support from the O'Connor Signature team of equestrian designers, land planners, marketing experts, trainers, instructors, and facility managers. Annual instructional clinics will be given by David or Karen O'Connor - and/or Team O'Connor. All O'Connor Signature facilities will be staffed and managed by Equestrian Management, LLC, the operations affiliate of Equestrian Services, LLC.

Located in northern Florida, in the triangle between Ocala, Jacksonville and Tallahassee, O'Connor Signature at The Oaks will feature:

• 1,222 rolling acres filled with mature oak trees
• 240 one to five-acre lots
• A 24+ stall barn
• Competition-quality riding arenas
• A cross country course designed by David O'Connor
• O'Connor-specified covered round-pen
• More than 15 miles of looped riding trails
• Multiple park-like open spaces associated with each neighborhood within the community.
