Q: How do I know this is truly going to add value to my project?

A: After a national press conference to launch the O’Connor Signature brand in late April 2006, the first O’Connor Signature community in Lake City, Florida received nearly a dozen inquiries in the first two months, from prospects across the country who were prepared to put down a deposit on a 2-5 acre lot. The waiting list continues to grow for this community that began sales in mid-January of 2008. The launch and progress of O’Connor Signature brand communities continues to receive both national and regional media attention. With the O’Connor Signature program, you receive access to national and international marketing avenues that build demand for your project and allow you to maintain leading-edge pricing. Despite the economic downturn, lots continue to sell at The Oaks, while substantially maintaining their value.

Q: How does the market exclusivity work?

A: Our developers are guaranteed market exclusivity. No other Signature projects will be developed within a mutually-determined distance and timeframe. We are committed to maintaining the brand as exclusive and distinctive.

Q: Why shouldn’t I just wait and see how the brand grows before I make a commitment?

A: There are three key advantages to capitalizing on this opportunity now. First, the first three Signature communities will receive a discount on the licensing fee as our way of investing in you, just as you are investing in us. Second, because of our exclusivity policy and the rapid growth of the equestrian community market, interest in the O’Connor program is booming across the country. Your market may already be taken by the time you decide to take advantage of this program. Third, as equestrians and active adults search for O’Connor opportunities across the country, your project will achieve a larger share of this market while there are only a few O’Connor Signature communities in existence. A: As part of the licensing contract, we commit to a minimum of five years of management for your equestrian amenity, to ensure that it maintains the highest standards of operations and customer service, as well as financial sustainability. We will continue to manage your equestrian amenity for as long as you desire. Our long-term management agreement is testament to our commitment to the success of your project and your equestrian facility.
