inquiries in the first two months, from prospects
across the country who were prepared to put
down a deposit on a 2-5 acre lot. The waiting
list continues to grow for this community
that began sales in mid-January of 2008. The
launch and progress of O’Connor
Signature brand communities continues
to receive both national and regional media
attention. With the O’Connor Signature program, you receive access to national and
international marketing avenues that build
demand for your project and allow you to maintain

A: Our developers are guaranteed market exclusivity. No other Signature projects will be developed within a mutually-determined distance and timeframe. We are committed to maintaining the brand as exclusive and distinctive.

contract, we commit to a minimum of five years
of management for your equestrian amenity,
to ensure that it maintains the highest standards
of operations and customer service, as well
as financial sustainability. We will continue to manage
your equestrian amenity for as long as you
desire. Our long-term management agreement

of your project and your equestrian facility.
