Every equestrian facility has specific goals. Equestrian Management's experience and expertise provide our clients the resources and opportunity to achieve them.

Equestrian Management, LLC is the management and operations affiliate of Equestrian Services, LLC and works in partnership with Affinity Management. It offers clients the many specialized business functions necessary to successfully manage and operate equestrian facilities nationwide and around the world, just as a golf-management firm would handle all the operations of a golf course.

The dangers of an ill-managed equestrian operation are far-reaching; wasteful financial operations, staff turn-over, lack of professionalism, negligence, and inadequate horse care are some of the issues that can lead to safety problems and liability exposure. Operating in select teams, Equestrian Management (in partnership with Affinity Management) provides clients with the expertise needed to professionally manage their equestrian amenities and facilities. We recommend and help select managers and instructors that are knowledgeable professionals and whom have been certified through our rigorous in-house training process. These individuals are required to be certified as an instructor or barn manager, through the Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) or the American Riding Instructors Association (ARIA).
